This stimulating blend can be used to uplift and energize, or zap the onset of a headache. I apply this to the back of my neck if I feel a headache coming on, or just need a pick-me up. This blend is always in my purse! It smells crisp, bright and fresh.
Ingredients: Peppermint, Eucalyptus, Lavender, Basil and Grapefruit essential oils. Diluted for safety with fractionated coconut oil.
Apply: To back of neck as needed, avoiding the eye area and use before bed, as it is stimulating.
